Terms of Service
The Card Collective
Last Updated: 7 September 2026
The Card Collective operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). The Card Collective is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By visiting our website, purchasing from us, creating an account, communicating with us or otherwise using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with any policies, notices or additional terms referenced on this website.

These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including browsers, customers, merchants, contributors of content and any other person accessing or using the website.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access the website or use the Services.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

Where you acquire goods or services as a consumer, you may have rights to a repair, replacement, refund, compensation or other remedy where applicable consumer guarantees are not met.

Where a product has a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law, the consumer may have the right to choose between a refund or replacement. Other remedies may apply for failures that are not major.

Any limitations, exclusions, reporting periods or disclaimers contained in these Terms apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law and do not override your non-excludable statutory rights.

Eligibility and Use of the Services

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, territory, province or country of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You must not use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive or unauthorised purpose.

You must not transmit viruses, malware, destructive code, unauthorised automated tools or any material intended to interfere with the security, availability or operation of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, fraud has occurred, security is at risk or use of the Services may cause harm to us or another party.

Our Products

The Card Collective sells display products and related accessories, including trading card display frames, graded slab display frames, magnetic holder display frames, modular display systems, aluminium frames, timber and resin frames, acrylic display products, card stands and selected decorative display products.

Our products are intended primarily for display purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not represented as archival storage systems, security devices, waterproof enclosures, fireproof enclosures or complete protection against fading, humidity, heat, impact, theft or environmental deterioration.

Trading cards, graded slabs, magnetic holders, stands, lighting props and decorative items shown in product images are not included unless expressly stated in the applicable product description.

Manufactured or Prepared to Order

Many products are manufactured or prepared to order. Production, assembly, configuration, inspection or packaging may begin specifically for your order after payment is received.

Our standard production lead time is up to 10 business days before dispatch, unless a different timeframe is stated on the applicable product page.

During periods of high order volume, supplier interruption, material delay, quality-control review or unforeseen production demand, this timeframe may occasionally extend slightly. Where a significant delay is expected, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

Production time is separate from courier delivery time. Estimated delivery windows begin after dispatch unless otherwise stated.

Production Partners and International Fulfilment

Some products are manufactured, assembled, inspected, packaged or dispatched by trusted production and fulfilment partners acting on our behalf and to our specifications.

Depending on the product and destination, an order may be manufactured, processed or dispatched from an approved international production or fulfilment location.

After production, an order may be forwarded to an international fulfilment centre for inspection, protective packaging, consolidation, labelling and dispatch.

Products may be opened during fulfilment for quality inspection or the addition of protective packaging and then securely resealed before shipment.

The use of a production or fulfilment partner does not remove any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Product Compatibility

You are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, compatibility information and variant selections before placing an order.

Display products may be manufactured for specific holder types, including PSA, CGC, BGS, One Touch magnetic holders, raw trading cards, sleeves or other configurations stated on the applicable product page.

Products designed for one holder type may not be interchangeable with another holder type unless expressly stated.

Differences in slab generation, bumper guards, protective bags, sleeves, third-party cases or aftermarket accessories may affect fit.

Where custom sizing or compatibility is specifically approved, you are responsible for providing accurate measurements and relevant information. We are not responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect measurements, undisclosed accessories or inaccurate information supplied by you, except to the extent required by applicable consumer law.

Where the product supplied matches the holder type, size, colour or configuration selected by the customer at checkout, an incorrect customer selection does not by itself make the product faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Aluminium Frame Finishes

Our aluminium display frames may be available in several anodised finishes.

Due to manufacturing differences between profiles, larger aluminium frames with 25 openings and above are currently available in silver only.

The silver profile provides the structural strength required for larger display configurations during handling, shipping and long-term use. Other finishes are manufactured differently and do not provide the same level of strength for these larger configurations.

Available finishes, sizes, configurations and availability are displayed on the applicable product page and may change over time.

Acrylic and UV Protection

Unless otherwise stated, frames are supplied with clear acrylic providing basic UV protection for general indoor display.

The supplied acrylic is not suitable for prolonged direct sun exposure. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may accelerate fading, discolouration or deterioration of displayed items.

Basic UV protection should not be interpreted as archival protection or as a guarantee against fading or deterioration.

Customers seeking a higher level of protection may choose to source 99% UV-protective museum-grade glass or acrylic through a local framing specialist.

We do not generally ship museum-grade glass due to its increased cost, weight, fragility and risk of damage during international transport.

No glazing material can eliminate every environmental risk, and you remain responsible for choosing an appropriate display location and preservation method for valuable items.

Product Descriptions and Images

We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately. However, colours, finishes, textures, dimensions and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, production tolerances, material characteristics and manufacturing batches.

Minor variations in aluminium finishes, timber grain, resin appearance, acrylic edges, matboard edges, colour tone or brushed surface direction are normal characteristics of the relevant materials and manufacturing process and do not necessarily constitute defects.

Measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Small manufacturing tolerances may occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update product information at any time.

If a material error affects your order, we may contact you to confirm, amend or cancel the order and provide an appropriate refund where required.

Prices, Currency and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or selected market.

Currency conversion, local pricing and rounding may be applied by Shopify, payment providers or marketplace platforms.

We may change prices at any time without notice. A price change does not affect an order already accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing error or as otherwise permitted by law.

Payment must be completed using an accepted payment method. You authorise us and our payment providers to charge the amount displayed at checkout, including any applicable shipping upgrades, taxes, duties or other charges disclosed at the time of purchase.

We may cancel or refuse an order where payment is declined, reversed, cannot be verified, appears fraudulent, is affected by an obvious error, or where we are otherwise unable lawfully or reasonably to process the transaction.

Third-party payment providers, including Buy Now Pay Later providers where available, are responsible for their own eligibility decisions, payment schedules and provider-specific terms.

Import Duties and Taxes

For direct orders placed through The Card Collective website, applicable import duties and customs charges are intended to be covered in accordance with the shipping terms offered by our store.

Customs authorities, carriers and local processing requirements vary between destinations. In some circumstances, a carrier or local authority may still issue an unexpected request for customs or import payment.

If you receive an unexpected customs or import charge relating to a direct website order, please contact us and provide any available supporting documentation, such as the customs notice, carrier invoice, payment request or relevant correspondence, so the charge can be reviewed.

If an unexpected customs or import charge has already been paid, please retain and provide proof of payment together with supporting documentation for review.

Orders placed through third-party marketplaces, including Etsy and eBay, remain subject to the tax collection processes, policies and checkout requirements of those respective platforms.

Customers are responsible for providing information reasonably required for lawful customs clearance, including tax identification information where legally required.

Customs processing may affect delivery time. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, inspections, incomplete customer information or local import requirements, except to the extent required by law.

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

We may accept, reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, delivery restrictions, legal requirements, supplier limitations or an inability to fulfil the selected configuration.

Any discretion under this section will be exercised reasonably and subject to applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order using the original payment method where reasonably possible, subject to payment-provider processing times.

We may reasonably limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, billing address, shipping address or order where necessary to prevent fraud, resale abuse, inventory issues or other legitimate business concerns.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production, material preparation or fulfilment has not already commenced.

If you wish to request a cancellation or modification during this period, please contact us as soon as possible. A request is not confirmed until it has been reviewed and expressly accepted by The Card Collective.

Production or preparation may begin before the 12-hour cancellation period has expired. Depending on the product and configuration ordered, this may include material sourcing, allocation, cutting, assembly, configuration, customisation, finishing, inspection, quality control, packaging or other made-to-order preparation.

Once the initial 12-hour cancellation period has passed, change-of-mind cancellations are not eligible for a refund to the original payment method.

This applies even where the order has not yet been dispatched, because the product may already have entered production, material preparation, manufacturing, customisation, quality control, packaging or fulfilment.

After the 12-hour period, the only potential pre-dispatch change-of-mind cancellation option is a discretionary store-credit cancellation as described below.

Requests to change a product variation, holder type, frame size, colour, configuration, delivery address or other order detail should be submitted as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production, preparation or fulfilment has commenced.

Where we are able to accommodate a requested product change, any applicable price difference or additional cost may need to be paid before the change can be completed.

Submitting a cancellation or modification request does not automatically stop production, preparation or fulfilment. The order remains active unless The Card Collective expressly confirms otherwise.

These restrictions apply to change-of-mind cancellations and customer-requested modifications. They do not affect remedies available for damaged, faulty, incorrect or otherwise non-compliant products or any non-excludable rights under applicable law.

Further information is contained in our Returns, Refunds & Order Policy.

Cancellation Requests After the 12-Hour Cancellation Period

Once the initial 12-hour cancellation period has passed, refunds to the original payment method are not available for change-of-mind cancellation requests.

If an order has not yet been dispatched, you may contact The Card Collective to ask whether the order can still reasonably be stopped.

Where circumstances reasonably allow, The Card Collective may, at its discretion, approve cancellation for store credit only.

Store credit under this provision is a discretionary goodwill option and is not guaranteed merely because an order has not yet been dispatched.

When considering whether store credit can be offered, we may take into account factors including:

• the stage of production or preparation
• whether materials or components have already been ordered or allocated
• whether manufacturing or customisation has commenced
• whether the product has been completed or substantially completed
• whether inspection, packaging or fulfilment has commenced
• manufacturing, handling, fulfilment or other non-recoverable costs already incurred
• whether the order can reasonably be stopped before dispatch

Store credit may be declined entirely where the order has progressed too far or significant non-recoverable costs have already been incurred.

Any store-credit cancellation must be expressly approved and confirmed by The Card Collective. Until confirmation is provided, the order remains active and production, preparation or fulfilment may continue.

Where discretionary store credit is approved, the applicable credit amount and any conditions of use will be communicated as part of the approved cancellation arrangement.

Approval of store credit in one case does not create an entitlement to store credit in another case. Each request is assessed according to its individual circumstances and production status.

After the initial 12-hour period, an approved discretionary change-of-mind cancellation will be provided as store credit only and not as a cash refund, card refund, bank refund, PayPal refund, Buy Now Pay Later refund or refund to the original payment method.

This provision applies only to change-of-mind cancellations and does not limit any rights or remedies available for faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-compliant goods under applicable consumer law.

Shipping and Packaging

The Card Collective offers Complimentary Worldwide Express Shipping to eligible destinations where advertised on our store.

International orders may be dispatched using established express courier services including UPS, TNT, DHL or FedEx, depending on destination, parcel dimensions and weight, service availability, routing and other logistical requirements.

For domestic Australian orders, suitable shipments may also be dispatched using Australia Post Express Post where appropriate. Larger or oversized Australian orders may instead be dispatched using another suitable express or specialist carrier where required by the parcel dimensions, weight or destination.

Products may be packaged individually due to their size, fragility and protection requirements. Multiple items in one order may therefore be dispatched separately, receive separate tracking information and arrive at different times.

Separate packaging does not mean that an additional shipping charge will be requested after purchase where Complimentary Worldwide Express Shipping applies.

Packaging may include original manufacturer cartons, EPE foam, protective film, foam boards, corner protectors, mailers, resealing tape and other protective materials selected by us or our fulfilment providers.

Products may be opened during fulfilment for quality inspection or the addition of protective packaging and then securely resealed prior to shipment.

Packaging may differ from photographs or previous orders where reasonably required for safe transport, carrier requirements or product protection.

Express shipping relates to the courier transit stage after dispatch and does not reduce or replace the applicable production and processing timeframe before dispatch unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Express courier transit is typically advertised by the applicable carrier as approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch. This timeframe applies to the courier transit stage only and is separate from our production and processing time of up to 10 business days prior to dispatch.

The 2–5 business day timeframe is an estimate supplied or advertised by the applicable courier and is not a guaranteed arrival date by The Card Collective.

Actual delivery timeframes may vary due to destination, courier capacity, customs or border processing, weather, public holidays, remote-area service, incorrect addresses, security screening, carrier network conditions, international transport disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

A delivery delay or temporary gap in tracking does not automatically entitle you to cancel an order or receive a refund once the order has been dispatched, except where required by law.

A period without a tracking update does not necessarily mean a shipment has been lost.

Where a shipment appears lost or materially delayed, you may be required to reasonably cooperate with a courier investigation, tracing request or documentation process.

Delivery Confirmation and Risk

Where tracking records an order as delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, you should first check the delivery location, safe places, household members, neighbours where appropriate, and any applicable building reception or parcel collection area.

If the parcel still cannot be located, please contact us with your order number and tracking information so the available delivery and carrier information can be reviewed.

A delivered tracking status does not automatically guarantee a replacement or refund. The circumstances may first need to be reviewed using the available tracking, delivery and carrier information.

You are responsible for providing a reasonably secure and accessible delivery location.

Where a parcel has been correctly delivered and is subsequently lost, misplaced, stolen or damaged after delivery, replacement or refund may not be available, except where responsibility arises from our breach or cannot lawfully be excluded.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery, subject to applicable consumer law. Title to the goods passes once full payment has been received.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

You must provide complete and accurate billing, shipping and contact information.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will review whether the delivery information can still be updated.

Address changes, carrier redirects or parcel interception requested after dispatch cannot be guaranteed and may depend on the carrier and shipment status.

If an order is returned, delayed, lost or charged additional fees because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you, you may be responsible for reasonable reshipping, return, storage or correction costs, to the extent permitted by law.

Orders lost as a direct result of incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer may not qualify for replacement or refund, subject to applicable consumer law.

Refused, Rejected and Unaccepted Deliveries

Refusing, rejecting or intentionally failing to accept delivery does not constitute an approved cancellation or return and does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund or store credit.

If the initial 12-hour cancellation period has passed, refusing delivery does not restore or create a right to a change-of-mind refund to the original payment method.

If you no longer wish to receive an order, please contact The Card Collective before refusing or rejecting delivery so the circumstances can be reviewed.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that it can be intercepted, redirected or returned before delivery.

Where a parcel is refused, rejected or intentionally left unaccepted and subsequently returned, any potential store credit, reshipment or other resolution will ordinarily be assessed after the parcel has been returned or otherwise accounted for and its condition has been reviewed.

Where permitted by applicable law, costs reasonably incurred as a result of an unapproved refused or unaccepted delivery may be taken into account when determining any applicable store credit, reshipment or other resolution.

These costs may include outbound shipping, return shipping, carrier charges, customs charges, handling costs or other non-recoverable delivery expenses.

For change-of-mind situations arising after the initial 12-hour cancellation period, any discretionary cancellation remedy remains subject to the store-credit-only conditions described above and is not guaranteed.

A refused or unaccepted shipment should therefore not be treated as an approved return, and you should not refuse delivery on the assumption that doing so will automatically result in a refund or store credit.

If you believe an order is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not as ordered, please contact The Card Collective so the issue can be handled under the appropriate returns or consumer-guarantee process rather than refusing the shipment without prior review.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Returns, Refunds and Faulty Products

Returns, refunds, cancellations, shipping-damage claims, incorrect-item claims and manufacturing-defect claims are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Order Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Where damage or a fault is limited to an individual component of a display, an appropriate remedy may include replacement of the affected component rather than replacement of the complete product, where appropriate and permitted by applicable consumer law. Any replacement component will be supplied in accordance with the original product specifications and variant selected at checkout, as further described in our Returns, Refunds & Order Policy.

For eligible change-of-mind or customer-selection returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Where a return is required for an approved item that arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, The Card Collective will provide or cover the appropriate reasonable return shipping arrangements.

Please do not return a product before receiving return instructions.

You should inspect your order promptly after delivery and contact us within the reporting periods stated in the applicable policy where damage, defects, incorrect items or other issues are identified.

Where photographs, packaging or return of a product are reasonably required to assess a claim, you agree to provide reasonable cooperation.

For clarity, change-of-mind cancellation requests made after the initial 12-hour cancellation period are not eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Where a qualifying pre-dispatch request is approved after that period, the applicable discretionary cancellation remedy will be store credit only.

Store credit is not a refund and is not automatically available. It must be expressly approved by The Card Collective in accordance with the applicable policy.

Nothing in our Returns, Refunds & Order Policy excludes any remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Product Care and Installation

You are responsible for following any supplied care, assembly, mounting, electrical or installation instructions.

Damage caused by improper installation, unauthorised modification, unsuitable mounting hardware, incorrect power sources, excessive force, prolonged direct sun exposure, moisture, heat, impact, misuse or mishandling after delivery is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Acrylic panels may be supplied with protective film on both sides. Marks, haze, dust or impressions visible before removal are often present on the film rather than the acrylic itself.

If marks, cloudiness or other concerns remain on the acrylic itself after the protective films have been removed, please contact us within the applicable reporting period if you believe there may be a manufacturing issue.

You must ensure that walls, hooks, anchors, shelves and mounting points are reasonably suitable for the size and weight of the product.

We are not responsible for damage to walls, property, displayed collectibles or persons resulting from unsuitable installation, misuse or unauthorised modification, except to the extent caused by our breach or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Third-Party Accessories and Collectibles

Trading cards, graded slabs, magnetic holders, sleeves, bumper guards, protective bags and other third-party items remain your responsibility.

We do not warrant the condition, value, authenticity, compatibility or performance of third-party accessories or collectibles used with our products, except where specific compatibility is expressly stated for one of our display products.

You are responsible for taking reasonable precautions appropriate to the value and nature of collectibles displayed using our products.

Third-Party Services

The Services may provide access to third-party tools, payment services, review platforms, translation services, social-media functions, shipping calculators, currency converters, artificial-intelligence tools or other services that we do not directly control.

These services may be provided on an "as is" basis and may be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or operation of third-party services, except to the extent required by law.

Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, testimonial, message or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe any law or third-party right.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, translate and display submitted content for operating, improving and promoting our business, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You must not submit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, deceptive, infringing, obscene, malicious or misleading content.

We may remove or decline to publish content where reasonably necessary.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, product photography, graphics, layouts, text, designs, logos, trade marks, downloadable materials and other intellectual property owned by or licensed to The Card Collective remain our property or the property of the applicable rights holder.

You may access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, scrape, republish, reverse engineer or commercially exploit our website content, product imagery, designs, product descriptions or branding without prior written permission, except where such activity cannot lawfully be restricted.

References to third-party brands, card grading companies, games, trading card properties or holder types are used only to describe compatibility or intended use and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent activity
• submit false, misleading or materially incomplete order information
• attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data
• interfere with website security or performance
• upload malicious code
• scrape, harvest or copy protected website content using unauthorised automated means
• impersonate another person or entity
• use our products, content or Services to infringe intellectual property rights
• fraudulently or abusively misuse payment, refund or dispute processes
• harass staff, contractors, customers or service providers

We may restrict access, cancel orders or take other reasonable action in response to prohibited conduct, subject to applicable law.

Errors and Omissions

The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping information, transit times or availability.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time.

Where a material error makes an order impossible to fulfil as placed, we may contact you to correct the error, offer an appropriate alternative where agreed, or cancel the affected item or order and provide an appropriate refund.

We will not rely on this section in a manner that excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and online Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the website or online Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or compatible with every device or browser.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantee, warranty, condition, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Card Collective and its owners, employees, contractors, production partners, fulfilment providers and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Services or products where such liability may lawfully be excluded.

Where liability cannot be excluded but may lawfully be limited, any limitation will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, breach of non-excludable consumer guarantees, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You acknowledge that collectible values can be subjective and may change over time. We are not responsible merely because the market value of displayed cards, slabs, memorabilia or other collectibles increases or decreases.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify The Card Collective and its owners, employees, contractors and service providers against claims, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses reasonably arising from your unlawful use of the Services, material breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, misuse of products or unlawful content submitted by you.

This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by our negligence, breach of law, breach of consumer guarantees or wrongful conduct.

Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, war, civil unrest, industrial action, government restrictions, customs intervention, carrier disruption, cyberattack, power failure, supplier interruption, material shortage or transport network failure, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where such an event occurs, affected obligations may be suspended or delayed for the duration of the event where reasonable.

We will make reasonable efforts to manage affected orders and communicate significant impacts where appropriate.

This section does not remove any non-excludable rights available under applicable law.

Privacy

Your submission of personal information through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that information reasonably required to manufacture, inspect, package, process, fulfil and deliver the order may be shared with Shopify, payment providers, production partners, fulfilment providers, couriers and other service providers, including providers located outside Australia, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites that we do not operate.

Accessing a third-party website is at your own discretion and may be subject to separate terms and policies.

Termination

These Terms remain effective while you use the Services and to the extent necessary in relation to purchases or obligations arising under them.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe you have materially breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, created a legal or security risk, or failed to pay amounts properly due.

Termination does not affect accrued rights, valid payment obligations, liabilities or provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed where necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

No Waiver

A failure or delay by us to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns, Refunds & Order Policy, Shipping Policy, Purchase Options Policy and any product-specific terms displayed at the time of purchase, constitute the agreement between you and us regarding use of the Services and purchase of products.

Where product-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the product-specific terms will apply to that product to the extent of the inconsistency, subject always to applicable law and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia applicable in Queensland.

You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and any courts entitled to hear appeals from them.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from relying on mandatory legal protections available in another jurisdiction where required by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, Services, business practices, suppliers, technology, legal obligations or regulatory requirements.

The updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Changes apply from the date they are posted unless otherwise stated or unless additional notice or consent is required by law.
